Minimum Control Measure 5 of 6
Stormwater management systems that are installed in the Town under minimum control measure 4 (like rain gardens, stormwater ponds, pervious pavement and other measures) need to be inventoried, inspected, and maintained. The Town was also required to pass a law governing this measure.
In addition, performance and maintenance guarantees need to be in place per section 142-7 of the law linked below.
